People who type their name at the end of a post...

Why don't you put it in the signature so you don't have to type it everytime you reply to a thread? And why do you do this anyway?

Every time I see it, the name that's at the end of the post is just their username, and we can see that by looking to the left. It just always makes me wonder.

 

I already did this-are there any other questions?

I like it that way . It's the same with emails, I don't have the salutations in an automatically appended signature. Think about it as a way to express how I value my readers, if you like it this way.

it doesn't really bother me, in fact the people who do it are proper etched into my mind when i think of this forum because i take note every time. sometimes i don't look at who posted it.

I really like the signatures at the end of posts. It's kind of like someone just sent you a letter

On the other hand, I have "signatures" turned off.

I wouldn't go that far. I only don't capitalize when I'm feeling lazy. Today is not one of those days.

Besides, I never said I hated when people did that. I was just curious as to why they did that. Fuck, people just love any excuse to hate me.
