Long story short, the last four times my boyfriend and I have had sex he has gone deep. I mean REAL deep and hard. I absolutely love it in the moment but afterwards a pain has started to develop. It's almost like period cramps but I know it's not. We had sex last night and like he has been he went hard out, thrusting real hard and real deep and it hurt me at first. I didn't say anything because after the painful first thrust it was fine. Afterward I got up to pee and holy shit the pain in my lower abdomen was ridiculous. I couldn't stand up straight and it was sort of like I was clenching myself if you can understand that? I tried to relax my pelvis but the pain was too great. I eventually got to sleep because the pain subsided after lying still for a while. Still had it when I went to work today. I can't feel it now but I'm sitting still.

Any other ladies experienced this? Any idea what the heck is going on here? I've never had this trouble before.

When you say sorta like period cramps, you mean sorta like period cramps, but more like baby cramps, right? :D

A way to see what's going on, is to go without sex for a few days, if the pain goes away, fine and tell him about it so that you do not suffer, but if it persists you should check your doctor.

It does not sound common enough to tell you the truth, after an extensive and deep penetration there are other things that i've heard or experience but this no.

no, that's what i tell her to see her doctor because if she refrains from sex but the symptoms insist, then it has nothing to do with sex and there is a problem there. Actually i think that the first should be to see her doctor if this is too much but anyway...i guess she might want to be sure that sex is not the source of her problem in order to do something.

Both her and her partner need to get checked out. This sounds REALLY REALLY serious. You want to treat any infection ASAP otherwise it'll just get worse and more antibiotics are needed to clear out the bacteria. (Assuming it's not viral, or antibiotic resistant, then we're in a lot of trouble)

I had similar symptoms and it turned out to be caused by two ovarian cysts. Anytime we had sex I would have sharp pains. My husband is large and likes to pound it. It got to the point that any slight penetration caused pain. One night I started spotting and the pain was so bad that my husband took me to emergence. After two vaginal exams (I hate hospital exams) a Gynecologist was called and she examined me and really pushed her fingers in and felt my abdomen. She determined that I had 2 small masses in my ovaries, after another exam where another doctor inserted a vaginal probe; anyway after evaluated the test results the Gynecologist recommended that I have surgery to determine if the cysts were cancerous/malignant. They were found to be early stage cancerous . The two cysts were removed and after some therapy I am now considered cancer free. The only thing I dislike is that I have to have vaginal exams every six months and two specialist’s exam me. I feel like every one at that clinic has had a look see at my kitty. I can tell you that I really have one sore vagina after each visit!:(

My advice is do not fool around with this condition and get evaluated ASAP.

^ Question: How has this impacted your sex life? Can you even have one when you're undergoing treatment after the surgery?

I am through with chemo and every now and then I give my hubby a bj. Once I feel better I will try anal, but for the time being vaginal sex is out of the question.

Friday I had an exam and was told that it was okay to start having vaginal sex. We tried Sat but I was so nervious that he did not penetrate. We tried this Am and we were able to have a short session. Poor hubby was so nervious about hurting me that he could not cum. I was really upset for him (he has stood by me all that time without making any demands). I felt so bad That we ended up doing anal and I even allowed him to have full penetration (to my surprise it was not as painful as I imagened). The poor guy was so horny that he shot 2 enormous loads . Hopefully we'll work this out and return to our former selves....
