I'm no expert. But I think my areola r pretty lg.& puffy. 2.5 inches for a full size c titties.While My cousins are Very small & puffy.Mine r dark & hers are pink.

 

That's hard to answer if our areolas grow or strech out. I'm almost n a D bra. The bigger my tits get the bigger the areola gets but my nipples aren't as long whn they get hard. Maybe they do stretch out !

 

they say even after a breast reduction, your areolas can still continue to grow. the speed of growth verys from person to person. exercise can somewhat strink them but only for some people. i cant make mine smaller i feel for ya

 

Mine just seem to b expanding. & stretching & puffier.I can't stand puffies. My cousin complains hers r to small. She would b the one with that kind of luck.

Hers r a inch wide. Mine r 2.5 inches & puffy. Sh's lucky to hav tht size & not puffy.

 

As ive said in previous posts i dont really care about areola size but it looks like most people here want larger areolas not smaller so i wasnt sure if u were saying ur sister had good or bad luck

Honestly the size of your areolas, shouldn't be a problem. The size of a women's areolas never really mattered to me. There is no such thing as a wrong size.
